Situated in a small village in the center of Portugal, the centenary “Zé Bairrao” virgin olive oil mill has accompanied the family history in the last four generations. 

The mark has been registered for a decade and has accumulated knowledge about operational techniques since 1883, transposing to our tables a secular method of manufacture in perfect synergy with the demanding tastes of new customers.
